In packaging, just when you complete the launch, it’s time to start the redesign. I’ve worked with Sam’s Club buyers on inkjet retail packaging for the last four years. We’ve had three different buyers, and have always come in under budget on our redesign costs and development.

Flexible packaging hit Sam’s Club store shelves in 2016. This change to flexible packaging was pushed through their system in record time due to my leadership of our in-house design team, as opposed to working with outside agencies that only slowed down the graphic production processes.

I have previously designed and worked with Amazon on their AmazonBasics Frustration Free packaging of our inkjet cartridges. All installation sheets, label designs, return bag program and mailing box design was handled by myself. I also handled all production-level packaging design and installation sheet design and translatoins for Staples brand cartridges, as well as handling the transition from traditional fiber board box to stand up packaging in a foil bag.
