At CivicPlus, we help over 4,000 municipalities do more with less. As THE integrated technology platform for local government, we connect municipality employees and elected officials with the citizens they represent and serve with simplicity, versatility, and power of our integrated portfolio of local government solutions.

- Develop, execute and optimize multi-channel acquisition and demand generation programs for the flagship product of the company, CivicEngage, local government website design and hosting.
- Partner with sales team to convert sales-ready qualified leads with sales enablement tools and resources.
- Work with sales, product development, and product strategy teams to plan, strategize, analyze and segment for current and upcoming product releases. Includes market positioning, and formal marketing planning.
- Recommend and drive content strategies - including white papers (one pagers), success stories (case studies), website content, videos, product overviews and presentations.
- Plan and deploy SEM, SEO and paid social media programs to achieve growth targets including campaign ad development, landing page optimization testing and analysis.
- Report progress relative to ROI, revenue attribution and campaign investment utilizing HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads and other reporting resources.
- Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for our company Exceeded lead generation goals monthly, and currently at 212% of lead goal for the year with a 36% conversion rate.

ReposiTrak (Salt Lake City, UT, remote)
Marketing Manager, 1/2018-3/2020
ReposiTrak, owned by Park City Group (NASDAQ: PCYG), encompasses 3 major offerings under the ReposiTrak brand umbrella: Risk and Compliance Management, Supply Chain Solutions, and a B2B ecommerce platform, MarketPlace.

- Lead demand generation programs for all product families. Develop, execute and optimize multi-channel acquisition and demand generation programs. Partner with sales team to convert sales-ready qualified leads, by utilizing playbook processes and coordinating marketing support for each step.
- Marketing planning and strategy. Work with sales and development teams to plan, strategize, analyze and segment for current and upcoming product releases. Includes market positioning, and formal market planning.
- Content strategy and website marketing. Recommend and drive content strategies - including white papers (one pagers), success stories (case studies), website content, blog posts, webinars, user training, videos, product overviews and presentations.
- Lead SEM efforts including SEO and PPC. Plan and deploy SEM programs to achieve growth targets including campaign ad development, landing page optimization testing and analysis. Work within budget for online campaigns while generating enough leads for the sales team.
- Develop and track KPIs. Create and update dashboards for reporting progress relative to ROI, revenue attribution and campaign investment. *Implemented use of SalesForce Leads object to better manage the sales process for both outside and inside sales teams.
- Project management. Relaunch ReposiTrak.com website within 2 month deadline, relaunch ParkCityGroup.com website within 6 weeks, plus manage multiple cross-functional projects concurrently with development, IT, sales and other departments.
- Design and execute software marketing programs. Overall strategy, plus hands-on, tactical execution to support the inside and outside sales teams. *Implemented account-based marketing approach for larger, outside sales opportunities.
- Enterprise sales support. Create highly-customized prospect presentations for large opportunities in supply chain, including scan-based trading, vendor managed inventory, margin price control, item/cost management, automated ordering, demand planning, store level ordering, DC procurement, delivery-based trading and fresh item management.

Staples Promotional Products (Overland Park, Kansas)

Headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, SPP works with some of the world's largest brand to provide creative brand experiences. - Strategize, develop, and execute field marketing initiatives and campaigns for the commercial sales and online division with a focus on healthcare accounts.
- Work collaboratively with field sales and internal stakeholders to execute marketing plans, campaigns, improvements, and strategies that created a 30% increase in gross sales in the commercial market.
- Manage and continually improve programs, campaigns and communications that deliver mid and commercial market marketing resources to sales reps focusing on the healthcare and education verticals, including local advertising, client materials, Staples branded materials, social media, easy-to-use templates, and Staples' internal tools for managing marketing resources.
- Leverage various internal and external marketing channels to drive awareness and business development, including partnering closely with internal sales resources and support services such as Account Services, Creative, and Art.
