Dealer Marketing Support Services
A main responsibility in my current position is to provide our dealer-partners the resources they need to sell our remanufactured and compatible ink and toner cartridges. Everything we do at our plant is focused on the needs of those dealers. We want to help them win more business and make money on their existing business. We show them how to do that with our ongoing Tools for Traction campaign.
I take personal ownership and manage the entire program for approximately 600 independent office products dealers in our network. Dealers are assisted as much as they need and provide other support services outside of simply branding flyers and websites. Dealers are encouraged to use our pre-formatted flyers and product releases that we provide in both html and PDF versions for e-mail distribution and hard copy printing. We also provide updated product photography for use on the customer website or in their own marketing pieces.
Some other services we offer is a monthly webinar for dealers focusing on issues, problems and advice currently facing dealers today. We routinely have special guests, and also archive the presentation for viewing at a later date.
