Corporate Communications & Branding of InkCycle. Inc.

My position at InkCycle included performing the marketing, public relations, corporate communication, packaging, and to act as internal and external brand manager for all InkCycle companies. The company underwent a public name change (TonerCycle/InkCycle) in 2011 in which I handled the branding work, including design work, and created all new sales collateral to ensuring all items were branded with the new style and theme.

Responsible for:

- Develop and implement each brand story, structure, marketing materials, and strategy to approach the market. With InkCycle, I didn't just manage the marketing and communications projects for the corporate office, but also for strategic, dealer and consumer products under the InkCycle umbrella of offerings.

- Communicate regularly with current and prospective customers through direct marketing, e-mail marketing, direct mail, phone interactions, website, and social media by sharing relevant information such as new product releases, dealer best practices and other interesting content. Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices in marketing, social media, packaging options and partner relationships.

- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities. budget, creative and campaigns. This includes negotiating advertising (online & print) contracts, purchasing air-time, optimizing search engines (SEO), purchasing paid search results, and ensuring all contractual marketing obligations are met.

- Determine and manage the marketing budget after presentation to, and approval of, company executives. 

- Provide market research and creative input for new products, services or additional offerings for our dealer and strategic partners. Assist with pricing decisions and create pricing strategies based on industry experience and dealer relationships.

- Create and carry out integrated marketing plan. Calculate return on investment, create marketing and sales presentations and collateral, and collaborate with sales to continually fees their sales funnels.

- Website design, development and up-keep. Also managed the company blog and all social media accounts.
